Job Description:
Export‑Import:
- Handle export‑import procedures: contracts, documents, customs clearance, and transportation.
- Monitor orders, coordinate with the factory and related parties to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage export‑import documents, verify accuracy and compliance.
- Work with shipping lines and forwarders to optimize transportation costs and ensure delivery schedules.
- Track payments, manage international payment methods (L/C, T/T, etc.).
International Sales:
- Search for and develop new customers in export markets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand orders.
- Consult, negotiate, and finalize pricing and contract terms with customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to propose effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Trade, Import‑Export, or related fields.
- At least 1‑2 years of experience in export‑import, preferably with international sales experience.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for international communication.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, customer service mindset.
- Proficient in office software, especially Excel.
- Proactive, able to work under pressure, and highly responsible.
