Job Purpose
- The job holder is responsible for ensuring to advise and provide personal financial products and services in accordance with customer needs, in order to bring the best experience to customers.
- The job holder ensures compliance and minimizes risks when processing transactions, providing products and services to customers.
Key Accountabilities (1)
- CUSTOMERS: CONSULTANCY AND PROVIDE PERSONAL FINANCIAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT MATCH CUSTOMERS' NEEDS.
- Receive and learn information from customers to advise and provide products and services that are suitable for customers' needs or introduce them to specified locations to bring the best experience to customers.
- Exploit, consult and provide personal financial products and services suitable to customer needs according to the list of customers assigned in each period.
- Develop customers according to the bank's oriented sales channels from time to time.
- PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: ASSURANCE AND ENHANCE SERVICE QUALITY, HELP BRING THE BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Perform transactions/consultations at the request of the Client accurately, completely, quickly and in a timely manner, ensuring the correct SLAs and service quality standards.
- Update information on products, processes/regulations, marketing programs, new sales campaigns and instructions of Techcombank from time to time in order to provide the best services of the Bank to customers.
- Receive and handle customer requests and complaints in accordance with Techcombank's regulations.
- Make recommendations to relevant departments to contribute to improving product, process and policy issues from time to time.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Domain Expertise
- At least 03 years of experience in the banking sector.
- Proficient in using office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Graduated from a regular university, preferably in economics, finance, or banking.
- English ability: TOEIC 450.
