Machine Operator

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

1. Managerial Accountability / Trách nhiệm quản lý
   • Ensure timely achievement of operational targets and strategic objectives / Đảm bảo đạt được các mục tiêu vận hành và chiến lược đúng thời hạn.
   • Drive ownership culture across all levels of the production organization / Thúc đẩy văn hóa có trách nhiệm trong toàn bộ tổ chức sản xuất.
   • Compliance with company policies in terms of HSE, Quality, and other regulations / Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các chính sách của công ty về HSE, chất lượng và các quy định khác.
   • Authorized to substitute for the Production Shift Supervisor during periods of absence, provided the employee has been fully trained and evaluated / Có thể thay thế vị trí trưởng ca khi trưởng ca vắng mặt đối với các nhân viên đã được đào tạo và đánh giá.
2. Support People Management / Hỗ trợ quản lý nhân sự
   • Train, guide, and support new employees to ensure they understand production processes and relevant regulations / Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ nhân viên mới để đảm bảo họ hiểu quy trình sản xuất và các quy định liên quan.
   • Supporting monitor and evaluate employee performance, attitude, and teamwork; recommend rewards or disciplinary actions when necessary / Hỗ trợ giám sát và đánh giá hiệu suất, thái độ và tinh thần làm việc nhóm của nhân viên; đề xuất khen thưởng hoặc kỷ luật khi cần thiết.
   • Foster a professional working environment that promotes teamwork, personal responsibility, and a “Zero Tolerance for Negligence” culture / Xây dựng môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, thúc đẩy tinh thần làm việc nhóm, trách nhiệm cá nhân và văn hóa 'Không dung thứ cho sự cẩu thả'.
   • Supporting managing dedicated operators within the shift to deliver production targets (Quality, OEE, PCT, Standards) / Hỗ trợ quản lý nhân viên vận hành trong ca để đạt mục tiêu sản xuất (Chất lượng, OEE, PCT, Tuân thủ quy trình).
   • Train operators based on the individual skill matrix and the approved development plan from APU Solid Manager / Đào tạo nhân viên bằng theo ma trận kỹ năng cá nhân và kế hoạch phát triển cá nhân từ Trưởng Phân Xưởng Thuốc Viên.
3. Support production Line Management / Hỗ trợ quản lý dây chuyền sản xuất
   • Responsible for the entire production process compliance: granulation, blending, tablet compression, coating, packaging… ensuring compliance with GMP and HSE procedures and efficient production operations / Chịu trách nhiệm tuân thủ toàn bộ quy trình sản xuất: pha chế cốm, trộn, dập viên, bao phim, đóng gói… đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình GMP và HSE và vận hành hiệu quả.
   • Ensure the receipt, storage, and use of materials, ingredients, and packaging in accordance with regulations / Đảm bảo việc tiếp nhận, bảo quản và sử dụng nguyên vật liệu, thành phần và bao bì theo quy định.
   • Ensure production documentation: accurately and promptly record batch records, machine logs, and production reports. Complete the production documentation and transfer it to the relevant department / Đảm bảo tài liệu sản xuất: ghi chép hồ sơ lô sản xuất, nhật ký máy và báo cáo sản xuất chính xác và kịp thời. Hoàn tất hồ sơ sản xuất và chuyển tiếp cho bộ phận liên quan.
   • Positively Cooperate with other departments (Engineering and Maintenance, Quality) to control and promptly resolve any issues arising during production / Hợp tác tích cực với các phòng ban khác (Kỹ thuật và Bảo trì, Chất lượng) để kiểm soát và xử lý kịp thời các vấn đề phát sinh trong sản xuất.
4. Support Asset & Equipment Management / Hỗ trợ quản lý tài sản & thiết bị
   • Ensure effective use and preservation of machinery, equipment, tools, and workplace assets to prevent loss / Đảm bảo sử dụng và bảo quản hiệu quả máy móc, thiết bị, dụng cụ và tài sản nơi làm việc để tránh thất thoát.
5. Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Equipment Operation / Vận hành thiết bị sản xuất dược phẩm
   • Operate machinery and perform manufacturing activities strictly in accordance with the MBR and regulation procedures / Vận hành máy và thực hiện các công việc sản xuất đúng theo hồ sơ lô, qui trình.
   • Carry out line clearance, equipment cleaning, and maintain the production area in a clean and compliant state at the required frequencies and follow the GMP regulation / Thực hiện dọn quang dây chuyền, vệ sinh thiết bị, phòng sản xuất sạch sẽ, đúng tần suất và tuân thủ theo các quy định GMP.
   • Responsible for the quantity of finished products and semi-finished produced, ensuring no loss or deviation occurs within the production line / Chịu trách nhiệm với số lượng thành phẩm, bán thành phẩm làm ra, không để thất thoát tại dây chuyền sản xuất.
6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement / Báo cáo & Cải tiến liên tục
   • Participate in proposing initiatives to improve production processes, enhance productivity, and product quality / Tham gia đề xuất sáng kiến cải tiến quy trình sản xuất, nâng cao năng suất và chất lượng sản phẩm.
   • Be active in Continuous Improvement process / Chủ động tham gia vào quy trình cải tiến liên tục.
   • Constructive coordination with manager and process expert for process improvement / Phối hợp tích cực với quản lý và chuyên gia quy trình để cải tiến quy trình.
   • Constructive coordination with managers and other departments for investigations / Phối hợp tích cực với quản lý và các phòng ban khác để điều tra sai lệch.
   • Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives / Thúc đẩy các sáng kiến thay đổi và chuyển đổi tổ chức.
   • Demonstrate strong adaptability and open-mindedness to evolving business needs / Thể hiện khả năng thích ứng mạnh mẽ và tư duy cởi mở với nhu cầu kinh doanh đang thay đổi.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / YÊU CẦU

• College degree or higher / Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production, preferably in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or biotechnology industries. Priority to production line management experience in related major.
• Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm sản xuất, ưu tiên trong ngành dược phẩm, mỹ phẩm hoặc công nghệ sinh học. Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm quản lý dây chuyền sản xuất các ngành liên quan.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and GMP/HSE standards.
• Hiểu rõ quy trình sản xuất dược phẩm, vận hành thiết bị và tiêu chuẩn GMP/HSE.
• Good at English is a plus / Tiếng Anh tốt là một lợi thế

• Capable of support managing production line operations effectively / Có khả năng hỗ trợ quản lý hiệu quả hoạt động dây chuyền sản xuất.
• Proven ability to lead and train operators, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement / Khả năng lãnh đạo và đào tạo cho các nhân viên vận hành, giải quyết xung đột và thúc đẩy văn hóa trách nhiệm và cải tiến liên tục.

• College degree or higher
• Minimum 3 years production experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or biotechnology
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, equipment operation, and GMP/HSE standards
• Ability to lead and train operators
