ACG_3854_JOB Our client is one of the largest industrial gas providers who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
1. Equipment Repair
- Receive and analyze information related to equipment malfunctions.
- Carry out equipment repairs in accordance with established procedures.
- Supervise repair contractors and ensure repair activities are properly executed.
- Hand over repaired equipment to the Production Department.
- Update and maintain records of equipment repair activities and related information.
2. Equipment Maintenance
- Develop periodic equipment maintenance and servicing plans.
- Perform maintenance activities according to the assigned schedule and plan.
- Supervise outsourced maintenance contractors and conduct acceptance procedures for completed work and quantities.
- Manage the quantity and availability of spare parts and replacement equipment.
3. Equipment Installation
- Develop installation plans and install new electrical and measurement equipment.
- Supervise contractors during equipment installation to ensure proper execution.
4. Documentation and Reporting
- Support the development of technical training materials, documents, and work instructions.
- Prepare work progress and equipment incident reports for the Department Manager.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
