Position Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaint in relation to Legal duties
- Handle litigation jobs
- Provide legal advices and solutions to the business
- Contracts/agreements and internal policies/regulations draft and review
- Draft and review policy wording for insurance products, whilst keeping with all relevant legislative developments and legal requirements
- Training on legal topics
- Communicate and get advice/instruction from regulators (verbal & writing) for the legal matters of the Company
- Identifying and mitigation of legal risks in the business and operation of the Company
- Report and presentation preparation
- Others as requested by the Head of Legal/Legal Manager
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Law, having lawyer practice certificate is an advantage
- Minimum >8 years work experience, life Insurance and litigation experiences are preferred
- Professional insurance or financial qualifications
- Good analytical, resourceful and fast learner
- Independent and has the ability to work under pressure
- Have good research, communication and drafting, problem solving skills
- Proficiency in English
