About the role
We are looking for a Manager, Modern Workplace Engineering to lead a team of engineers responsible for the platforms our people rely on every day, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Dynamics 365, Intune, Zscaler and identity services. You will partner with teams across the business to understand how they work, uncover opportunities to improve productivity, and help deliver secure, practical and well‑governed technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Modern Workplace and D365 engineers across Australia and Vietnam.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Power Platform and AI solutions that genuinely improve the employee experience.
- Shape the future of AI enablement through Copilot, automation and business productivity solutions.
- Influence outcomes across the business and build trusted partnerships with stakeholders at every level.
About you
- Expertise leading workplace, platform or enterprise engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Power Platform or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Ability to coach others, build trusted relationships and create environments where teams can do their best work.
- Naturally curious about emerging technology, excited by AI possibilities and motivated by delivering solutions that make a meaningful difference to how people work.
