Job Responsibilities
- Acting as Interpreter between a wide range of people with diverse voices, accents, speaking tempos and personalities.
- Providing parties with clear and exact translations of written materials, and interpretations of verbal communication.
- Providing interpretations of questions, answers, statements, arguments, explanations, and other forms of verbal communication.
- Completion of daily activity logs and other documentation.
- Complying with applicable ethics and standards.
Technical Requirements
- Internet: Cable‑Modem or Fiber Optic WIFI (no broadband or mobile data). Download > 5 Mbps, Upload > 3 Mbps, Ping < 50 ms, Jitter < 30 ms. Speed test via Speedtest (llsapi.com).
- Laptop/Macbook/Chromebook with webcam/camera (use your own device). Windows 11 version 23H2, MacOS 12+, ChromeOS current version. Update antivirus and browser; no Kaspersky products.
- Mobile Phone (use your own device) for backup. Android 13+ or iOS 16+. No Huawei, Samsung A Series, iPad C Tablets, iPhone 6 and below.
