Job Description
Marketing Admin
- Support contract process: legal review, contracts signing, liquidation, payment
- Support PR/PO process: vendor creation, item code creation, PR creation, PO post receipt
- Process Free‑of‑charge sales orders for all marketing activities
- Assist with APAC regional admin task such as multi‑country presentations and data reports and files organization
Market Intelligence
- Gather and analyze industry and market data for monthly report and for NPD projects
- Prepare data‑driven recommendations and assist data‑driven decisions for different sales and marketing channels
Brand Marketing
- Support brand marketing activities where needed, including consumer promotion, marketing materials production, product portfolio management and NPDs
Digital Marketing
- Support digital marketing where needed, including social media, social outreach and website management
E‑commerce
- Support in product and price listing process
