Medical Devices Industry Solution Manager

Job Summary

• Senior solution manager for Life Sciences Industry team focusing on Medical Devices Segment.
• Lead initiatives to identify, scope, and develop winning solutions for the Medical Devices industry.
• Define unique, differentiated Medical Devices solutions spanning the full Digital Industry portfolio.
• Establish market applicability and financial foundation for unmet solution needs.
• Collaborate with external solution partners and internal marketing teams.
• Support go‑to‑market, sales enablement, and strategic customer engagement.
• Contribute to global Medical Devices industry strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build future direction of Medical Devices by leading initiatives.
• Define and support development of winning solutions.
• Establish market applicability and firm financial foundation.
• Collaborate with external solution partners.
• Support industry solution campaigns and field enablement.
• Define solution messaging and value propositions.
• Enable marketing teams to create compelling campaign materials.
• Engage and enable sales and strategic customers.
• Support sales of strategic Medical Devices Digital Industry solutions.
• Support industry leaders in developing/updating global strategy.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Software, Manufacturing Operations Management, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in the Medical Devices industry and/or providing PLM solutions.
• Detailed knowledge of Medical Devices business methods, processes, and practices.
• Experience in multi‑disciplinary engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Knowledge of Design and Engineering, Regulatory Compliance, Manufacturing, Service & Support, Lifecycle Management, Industrial IoT, or PLM solutions.
• Practical experience with MCAD, ECAD, CAE, PLM, ALM, Manufacturing Engineering, CAM, MES, Service Lifecycle Management, Software, DevOps, or Industrial IoT.
• Working knowledge of products and solutions in compliance with international medical device regulations.
