- 協助部門主管進行技術面試，並提供面試評估報告。
- 招募流程管理
- 確保招募流程的每個環節順利進行，並及時跟進候選人的進度。
- 維護招聘系統，確保數據的準確性與完整性。
- 招募策略與市場分析
- 瞭解市場動態，提供招募策略建議，提升招聘效率。
- 分析招聘數據，制定改進計劃，優化招聘流程。
- 內部協作與溝通
- 與部門主管及人力資源團隊密切合作，瞭解招聘需求並提供支持。
- 參與招聘會議，分享招聘進展與挑戰，提出解決方案。
- 候選人關係管理
- 維護與候選人的良好關係，確保良好的候選人體驗。
- 跟進候選人的入職流程，協助新員工順利融入公司。
