Job Description
- EPR相關進度追蹤, DFM問題點收集提報追蹤, 確保新產品能順利進入量產階段
- 人員資歷認證及每週教育訓練, 達成人員資質符合崗位要求
- 降低FQC&IPQC Loss率，並進行原因分析與改善。如SOP落實執行，降低低階錯誤, 治工具及製程優化防呆推動, 降低人員犯錯可能性
- 工單關結/生產/出貨-提升工單及異常單 3天內關結率, 追蹤產能達成狀況, 出貨達成，確保團隊目標達成
- 幹部/重點崗位離職率於HR管控目標內, 組/班技能提升及人才培養
- 生產線巡檢稽，SOP問題點改善, 產線作業動作合理及改善
- VI不良圖片(案例)宣導, 防止過去不良再發
- 跨部門協作：與PE、QA、PD等部門合作，解決生產過程中的技術問題。
- 技術文件撰寫：撰寫並維護生產技術文件，如作業指導書、流程圖等。確保技術檔的準確性與完整性，並定期更新。
