Job Description
- SMT Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Regularly inspect and maintain SMT equipment to ensure normal operation.
- Respond quickly and resolve equipment failures during the production process to minimize downtime.
- Support NPI (DFM/DFT) evaluation
- Equipment Performance Optimization
- Analyze equipment operation data, propose and implement performance improvement plans.
- Conduct equipment debugging to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
- Analyze causes of SMT equipment anomalies and implement countermeasures to enhance productivity
- Lead small improvement projects (OEE enhancement)
- Equipment Installation and Debugging
- Assist in the installation and debugging of new equipment to ensure it meets production requirements.
- Train operators to ensure they can correctly use and maintain the equipment.
- Familiar with SMT equipment operation and application, establish skills training plans, cultivate engineering line anomaly analysis capability (5W, short/long‑term countermeasures, parallel operations & prevention), and reduce anomaly handling time
- Establish simplified, optimized, and standardized SMT equipment execution processes, and promptly improve after equipment anomalies to achieve rapid problem‑solving capabilities
- Technical Support and Cross‑Departmental Collaboration
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and other engineering teams to provide technical support.
- Participate in equipment selection and technical evaluation, offering suggestions to improve production line efficiency.
- Evaluate and verify new equipment data and assist in organizing report data
- Find the best solutions through team communication
