Responsibilities
- Supplier Management: Maintain good communication with existing suppliers to ensure stable material supply. Regularly review supplier stocking and order procedures to ensure effective control of raw material management.
- Purchase Order Processing: Plan material requirements and issue purchase orders accordingly. Track order status to ensure timely delivery of materials. Execute the process for canceling excess orders.
- Material Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality department to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards. Handle material anomalies, work with the quality assurance unit, and negotiate solutions with suppliers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management to ensure appropriate material stock levels. Analyze inventory data and provide suggestions for inventory optimization.
