Description of the Assignment: National Consultant to lead the development and finalization of the Guidance on the Consolidation of Legal Normative Documents
Period of assignment/services: October 2026 - March 2027
The overall objective of the assignment is to support the Ministry of Justice in developing a practical and user‑oriented Guidance on the Consolidation of Legal Normative Documents, reflecting the updated legal framework and providing clear guidance on the procedures and techniques for consolidation.
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than the indicated deadline.
Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via the messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing, including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
