Description of the Assignment: National consultant for supporting the study on assessing the effectiveness of implementation of legal normative documents after promulgation
Women, Persons with disabilities, persons from ethnic groups and people from other diverse groups are encouraged to bid. Preference will be given to equally technically qualified women
The overall objective of the assignment is to provide substantive and methodological support to the study on assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of legal normative documents after promulgation, with particular emphasis on assessment approaches and methods, current practice in Viet Nam, criteria and indicators, data sources, and the practical feasibility of the proposed assessment framework.
Period of assignment/services: From October 2026 to March 2027 (30 days) – Home-based

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
