Description of the Assignment: National Consultant to support the development of the Guidance on the Consolidation of Legal Normative Documents
Women, Persons with disabilities, persons from ethnic groups and people from other diverse groups are encouraged to bid. Preference will be given to equally technically qualified women
The overall objective of the assignment is to support the development of practical and user-oriented training and supporting materials for the Guidance on the Consolidation of Legal Normative Documents and the delivery of related capacity‑building activities.
Specifically, the assignment aims to:
- Develop practical and learner‑centred training and supporting materials to facilitate the application of Guidance in practice;
- Support the effective delivery of capacity‑building training through appropriate training methods, practical exercises and assessment tools; and
- Refine the training and supporting materials based on feedback and practical experience from the training process.
Period of assignment/services: From October 2026 to March 2027 – Home‑based
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. Please refer to the attached Instruction to submit Bid for more guidance.
Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
