Your Opportunity
- Join our research and network planner team to expand our network of global experts and advisors in the software & technology space.
- Seek and liaise directly with high‑profile executives & C‑level in the software & technology sector, to develop our expert & advisor network at a global scale (75% of experts/advisors are located in the US and in Europe).
- Contribute directly to the success of Dedale as we develop deep relationships with industry experts to generate investment insights.
- Provide robust training, mentorship, and a personal development track to help you develop your skill in sourcing and your knowledge in investment strategy and core software & technology sectors.
- Be part of a fully global team, with team members and managers operating from Cairo, Paris, and Cebu in the Philippines.
Your Responsibility
- Work closely with the Investment & Strategy team based in Paris to understand their research needs.
- Conduct sourcing to identify industry experts relevant to the investment research activity of Dedale.
- Manage relationships with onboarded experts/advisors to foster long‑term friendly collaboration.
- Day‑to‑day operation of research activities including coordination with the rest of the global research team.
Your Qualifications
- At least 2‑3 years of experience in technical recruitment, sourcing, leads generation, business development.
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in English (French / German are a big plus).
- Outstanding organization and planning skills.
- High level of professionalism and autonomy, with a strong capacity to represent Dedale to external stakeholders at all times.
- Strong capacity to learn and grow, with perseverance and resilience to embrace development challenges.
- Experience working in fast‑paced, international environment is a plus.
