Role Purpose
Serve as the partnership focal point between NXP Vietnam and the NXP‑FPT ODC, strengthening collaboration, communication, transparency, and continuous improvement across the ODC.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with FPT management and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between NXP Vietnam and the ODC.
- Maintain visibility of important organizational and operational developments.
- Identify, elevate, and support resolution of partnership issues.
- Support engagement, organizational development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and coordinate without formal authority.
- Ownership mindset with practical continuous improvement orientation.
- Interest in organizational development and people‑related topics.
