Responsibilities
- Sales & Marketing Development (80%)
- Conduct proactive sales outreach via multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Email, Reddit, etc, to engage potential customers.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
- Drive lead generation by encouraging prospects to schedule product demonstrations.
- Implement targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
- Support product demonstrations and diligently follow up on outcomes.
- Prepare sales & marketing materials.
- Actively participate in community‑building efforts to expand reach and engagement.
- Compliance & Product Quality Assurance (20%)
- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with teams to address quality‑related issues and ensure continuous improvement.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards for company products.
Qualifications
- Proficient English language skills (mandatory).
- Proactive communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Strong listening and quick learning abilities.
- Persistence and discipline in their work, open‑minded, and possess a positive work attitude.
- Plus: Having some experiences with design, video edit, or AI chatbots usage is a plus.
