Job Responsibilities
- Thực hiện các hoạt động nhập kho, xuất kho, lưu trữ và cấp phát nguyên vật liệu, thành phẩm theo đúng quy trình và yêu cầu sản xuất.
- Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra và xử lý hàng hóa từ nhà cung cấp, sản xuất và các bộ phận liên quan; đảm bảo tính chính xác của chứng từ và hàng hóa.
- Quản lý hàng hóa không phù hợp, hàng trả về, hàng phế liệu theo quy định về chất lượng và lưu kho.
- Đảm bảo hàng hóa được nhận diện, bảo quản và sắp xếp đúng tiêu chuẩn; tuân thủ FIFO và các hướng dẫn vận hành kho.
- Thực hiện kiểm kê định kỳ, duy trì độ chính xác tồn kho và báo cáo các sai lệch, bất thường phát sinh.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để xử lý các vấn đề về vật tư, hàng hóa và hỗ trợ hoạt động sản xuất.
- Tham gia các hoạt động cải tiến nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành kho, tối ưu hóa thời gian xử lý và diện tích lưu trữ.
- Tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn, chất lượng và quy trình vận hành kho.
Job Requirements
- Tốt nghiệp Trung Cấp, Cao Đẳng hoặc các chuyên ngành có liên quan.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm làm việc tại kho của nhà máy sản xuất.
- Có khả năng làm việc nhóm và khả năng xử lí nhiều công việc theo thứ tự ưu tiên.
- Có khả năng ứng phó hiệu quả với sự khác biệt về quan điểm, để rút ra những ý tưởng từ những người khác.
- Biết sử dụng máy tính và các ứng dụng tin học văn phòng cơ bản (MS office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Biết làm và phân tích báo cáo cơ bản.
- Có ý thức về an toàn.
