Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Production Equipment & Spare Parts Management – 50%
- Management of equipment in production line: equipment requisition, equipment returning, equipment transfer, etc.
- Inventory of fixed assets in production line.
- Reporting equipment malfunctions on the MEP system for production lines.
- Requisition and distribution of spare parts for production equipment.
- Assets & Consumables Administration – 50%
- Management of EHS labor protection supplies for production: requisition, distribution, etc.
- PR application for production fixed assets and tooling fixtures.
- Management of IT assets: requisition, return to warehouse, reporting for repair, etc.
Education & Experience
- Secondary vocational school diploma or above.
- Candidates with more than one year of work experience or relevant experience are preferred.
Skills
- High level of discipline and sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in job‑related systems.
- Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem‑solving skills.
- Candidates with electrical professional knowledge and experience are preferred; possession of an electrician certificate is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to night shift.
Working Conditions
- Working conditions typical of a climate‑controlled and professional production environment. This role routinely uses standard equipment such as computers, assembly and testing machines, etc.
