Job Summary
The Outlet Manager will run the department efficiently, aligning with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The role manages the outlet as an independent profit centre, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, operating within budget, and driving financial success.
Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre.
- Operate in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Operate within budget and help ensure the financial success of the outlet.
Requirements
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
