We are looking for professionals who own, manage, or work in-house for active commercial e-commerce businesses to participate in upcoming 1‑on‑1 remote research sessions.
What is the study about?
We are running two distinct research tracks (depending on your background, you may be eligible to participate in one or both studies):
- Track 1: Checkout UX Review – Test and provide feedback on a new online checkout prototype.
- Track 2: Payment Operations & Analytics – Share insights on how your business manages payment flows, disputes, and transaction data.
Session Details
- Format: 45‑60 minute 1‑on‑1 session (with screen‑sharing).
- Payout & Timing: Exact scheduling dates and compensation details will be sent directly to qualified participants ahead of the sessions.
