KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical and functional support for the Partner Portal and PRM backend, including configuration, user assistance, and troubleshooting.
- Translate business requirements from Channel, Sales, and Marketing teams into technical specifications for IT/Development teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders (CRM, Marketing, Channel Sales, Analytics, etc.) to deliver system improvements and operational efficiency.
- Support Channel Operations activities such as Cloud Marketplace performance tracking and SKU optimization.
- Assist in preparing user documentation and supporting change management for partners.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or partner/channel roles.
- Experience working with CRM, PRM, or similar business platforms is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Understanding partner business models is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to work across cultures and time zones.
- Proactive, structured, and able to work independently in a globally distributed team.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with CRM Dynamics, Power BI, or partner ecosystem tools.
- Background in IT, business analysis, or program management.
