Job Description
- 1. Monitor directly and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure stable production performance and product quality.
- 2. Analyze process issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects and production downtime.
- 3. Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, productivity, cycle time, and manufacturing efficiency in production.
- 4. Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and engineering standards.
- 5. Collect, analyze, and report process performance data to support decision‑making and improvement activities to report for Supervisor, Operations Engineering.
- 6. Monitor directly the transfer plan for new product introduction (NPI), engineering changes, process validation, and production transfer activities.
- 7. Collaborate with Production and Quality to resolve technical issues and improve operational performance.
- 8. Train operators to improve assembly skills, inspection methods, or repair methods.
