About the Role
SharkNinja is building a new Product Excellence Program Management (PEPM) team — three roles, each owning a distinct phase of the product development lifecycle, working together to run one PE operating standard across the full lifecycle from inception to end‑of‑life.
Responsibilities
Own the PE point of view and ensure it is front and center.
Communicate and act fast to keep the PE playbook running.
Work as one team with a common operating rhythm and shared accountability.
Up Front PEPM – Inception to P2: connect roadmap to PI, SC&R, CI, QA teardowns, and testing; track VEGA Hack completion; manage PE star prediction tracker; manage competitive samples and test tracking; represent PE in ACE reviews and executive forums.
NPD PEPM – P2 to 6 months in field: track program health, surfacing risks; track VEGA Hack completion; hold testing and SC&R accountable; act as central PMO/TPM escalation point; represent PE in NPD reviews and roundtables.
In‑Market PEPM – 6 months in field to end‑of‑life: flag star dips; own STOP Production tracking; track JIRA closures and RCCA completion; represent PE in weekly category reviews and executive forums.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in program management, product management, or product excellence, ideally in consumer electronics or a fast‑paced, innovation‑led product business.
Strong program management instincts: track to closure, uncomfortable with open actions.
Confident cross‑functional communicator, able to hold Engineering, Testing, and Supply Chain accountable.
Analytical and data‑literate: read star rating trends and translate into prioritized actions.
Operates at SharkNinja pace: priorities shift, ambiguity is normal, speed matters.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $135,000—$170,000 USD.
