Job Description
- Keep the team on track with timelines, deadlines, and budgets
- Follow up with project management workflows and communication
- Set up project meetings and record meeting minutes
- Assist PM with creating and migrating tasks/projects from the client’s system to the internal one
- Ensure team members have the information they need to complete their assigned tasks
- Help the Project manager clear the project’s impediments
- Perform Quality Control (re-test the ticket) and review project deliverables
Your Skills and Experience
- At least 1‑2 years working as a project coordinator or relevant experience
- Experience in e‑commerce testing (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, …)
- Fluent in English both in writing, speaking, reading, and listening
- Structural and systematic thinking
- Friendly, energetic, good teamwork & independent working
- Experience as an IT project coordinator
