Job Description
- Manage end‑to‑end software development projects for Korean clients.
- Monitor project progress, quality, scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with Dev, QA, BA, and related stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
- Work directly with clients in meetings, reporting, and issue handling.
- Participate in presale activities:
- Clarify requirements.
- Estimate effort/cost.
- Prepare proposals and delivery approaches.
- Collaborate with Sales/BD teams to expand accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the delivery process improvement and project operation management.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Development/IT Outsourcing in a PM role.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Strong skills in project management, stakeholder management, and risk management.
- Proficient in Korean communication.
- Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and business‑oriented thinking.
- PMP certificate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in presale or solution discussions.
- Technical/development background.
- Experience working onsite or in customer‑facing roles.
