The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the execution and delivery of Grid Integration projects in Vietnam. The role is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing customer and stakeholder interfaces, and ensuring project delivery in accordance with contractual, technical, quality, schedule and cost requirements. The position will support current orders and upcoming opportunities while contributing to the continued growth of the Grid Integration business in Vietnam.
How you’ll make an impact
- Coordinate and execute assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle, from order handover to project completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with contractual and quality requirements.
- Act as the primary interface between customers, project teams and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, factory, site and commissioning activities to support successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation actions when required.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, cost forecasts, progress reports and project documentation.
- Support contract management, change management and claim management activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across Grid Integration, High Voltage, Grid Automation, Transformer and Hub organizations to ensure effective project delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project execution practices and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in electrical infrastructure, industrial, renewable EPC, or energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and financial control.
- Experience collaborating with customers, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English; PMI/PMP certification is an advantage.
