1. Customer Quality Responsibilities
- Receive and manage customer complaints; organize internal meetings to investigate root causes and define corrective actions.
- Prepare, collect, and submit PPAP documentation to customers.
- Manage internal and customer‑related engineering/change management activities.
- Lead Customer audits for mass‑production projects.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer quality‑related requests and inquiries.
2. Internal Quality Responsibilities
- Manage outgoing inspection activities, including inspection standards, reports, and related documentation.
- Review and approve 4M change documentation.
- Develop plans and conduct internal audits, including product audits and annual requalification activities.
- Monitor the calibration status of measuring equipment, including both internal and external calibration.
- Develop MSA plans and conduct MSA studies.
- Control and coordinate dimensional measurement activities for connectors and molded parts.
- Collect samples and measurement/data records for annual reliability testing.
3. Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing and Automotive field.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Minimum of a college with an Engineering background is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, such as problem‑solving, 8D, internal auditing, GD&T, and MSA.
- Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 process audit requirements is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing and Automotive field.
