.Position Overview:
Lead the coordination with cross functional teams and suppliers to work with 3rd party for factory lab audit and testing of product and compliance work needed to comply with market regulations, client requirements, and Stanley internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the client testing program (such as Starbucks, Walmart, Costco, etc.), and make sure the report to be finished on time in 3rd party lab.

- Be responsible for both supplier in-house testing and 3rd party testing of Stanley products.

- Represent as the contact window of Stanley to coordinate the testing program between suppliers and 3rd party labs.

- Lead the management and continuous enhancement of factory in-house laboratory capabilities by implementing robust audit programs, ensuring consistent compliance with Stanley’s testing requirements and driving ongoing quality improvement.

- Play a critical role in managing the raw material certification program forT1/T2 suppliers to strengthen the compliance capabilities of Stanley’s finished products.
在T1/T2供应商原材料认证项目管理中承担关键角色，通过推动供应链合规，强化 Stanley 成品整体合规能力。
- Support Stanley global quality team to build and maintain the quality compliance system for Stanley and manage the document of quality compliance for Stanley.

- Act as back up to support the daily quality management at suppliers for urgent need.

- Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.
