Job Purpose
Lead the Quality Control team to ensure products meet customer requirements and company quality standards. Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), support audits, and ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily QC activities to ensure product quality and Right First Time (RFT) performance.
- Manage batch adjustments, rework, rejected batches, and quality-related costs.
- Review and approve scale‑up trials before mass production.
- Monitor mixing and manufacturing processes to prevent quality issues.
- Investigate quality problems and customer complaints using root cause analysis tools (A3, PGR).
- Ensure NC/NCR management through SAP Quality Notification (QN).
- Support customer audits, internal audits, QSAQ, and ISO compliance.
- Lead continuous improvement, 5S, BBS, and energy‑saving initiatives within QA.
- Prepare quality reports and monitor quality KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- 5‑8 years of Quality Control experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Color‑sensitive with the ability to accurately evaluate and distinguish color variations.
- Flexible to work office hours or shifts according to business and operational requirements.
- Candidates living in Nhon Trach, Long Thanh area are preferred.
