Thời gian làm việc: thứ 2 - thứ 7 (8:00 am - 5.00 pm - vào mùa bận sẽ có thu xếp ca để phù hợp với nhu cầu sản xuất)
Vị trí này phụ trách kiểm soát chất lượng hàng hóa khi nhập và xuất kho trong suốt quá trình sản xuất để đảm bảo các dịch vụ được cung cấp một cách hiệu quả và năng suất.
This position handles quality in and out during processing to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Nhiệm vụ chính
- Thực hiện các công việc kiểm soát chất lượng hàng ngày theo quy trình của công ty.
- Tiến hành lấy mẫu, phân tích mẫu và lập báo cáo chi tiết cho các loại mẫu: mẫu sơ bộ, mẫu nhập 100%, mẫu trong quá trình sản xuất và mẫu xuất hàng.
- Giám sát chặt chẽ các hoạt động lấy mẫu do nhà thầu thực hiện để đảm bảo tính chính xác.
- Ghi chép, cập nhật và quản lý dữ liệu phân tích chất lượng vào hệ thống nội bộ.
- Thực hiện lưu trữ mẫu theo quy định để phục vụ công tác đối chiếu và kiểm tra sau này.
- Hỗ trợ quy trình truy xuất nguồn gốc nhằm đảm bảo theo dõi chính xác nguồn gốc và luồng hàng hóa.
- Trích xuất số liệu để đối chiếu tồn kho với các lô hàng, tính toán tỷ lệ thu hồi và hỗ trợ báo cáo cho bộ phận sản xuất và thu mua.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp quản lý.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out day‑to‑day Quality Control functions.
- Take samples, conduct analysis, and prepare reports.
- Monitor sampling activities conducted by contractors.
- Record and manage analysis results and quality data in the system.
- Store samples.
- Extract data to reconcile inventory with shipments, calculate yield/recovery rates, and support reporting for production and procurement decision‑making.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Managers.
Experience
- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm kiểm soát chất lượng cà phê nhân.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan.
- Có tinh thần làm việc nhóm tốt, thái độ chủ động và cầu tiến trong công việc.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt với đồng nghiệp và đối tác.
- Khả năng sử dụng các công cụ văn phòng (MS. Word/ Excel/ Báo cáo) và phần mềm quản lý dữ liệu hiệu quả là lợi thế.
Experience in green coffee quality control is preferred.
High school, college, or university graduate in a relevant field.
Good teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and improve.
Good communication and relationship‑building skills with colleagues and business partners.
Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office tools and data management software.
