Key Responsibilities Engineering Support
- Assist engineers in daily technical and operational activities.
- Support the preparation and review of engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Participate in engineering projects and improvement initiatives.
- Collect, organize, and analyze technical data as required.
Process Improvement
- Support process optimization and continuous improvement activities.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem‑solving activities.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain engineering records, reports, and project documentation.
- Prepare presentations, charts, and summary reports.
- Ensure documents are updated and comply with company standards.
Project Coordination
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support project execution.
- Participate in project meetings and document action items.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures.
- Support compliance with engineering standards and quality requirements.
- Participate in safety and quality improvement programs.
Responsibilities
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Or other related engineering disciplines.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
