Job Description
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise hotel revenue and profitability in line with hotel objectives, brand standards, and market demand.
- Monitor market trends, performance, and distribution channels, providing recommendations and adjustments to optimise room rates, inventory, and overall revenue.
- Support the GM and Hotel Management in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and achieving or exceeding the hotel’s revenue targets.
- Oversee the Revenue & Reservation Department, ensuring effective daily operations, accurate handling of reservations, and adherence to revenue management processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in Revenue Management within the hotel industry, with strong analytical, market research, forecasting, and revenue optimisation skills.
- Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
