About us

What you'll do

1. Be responsible for the overall architecture design and technological evolution of the multi-site risk control platform.
2. Promote the unification, configuration, and modularization of core code, reducing independent code branches for each site.
3. Design and implement the expansion, configuration, and on-demand loading mechanisms for site-specific capabilities.
4. Be responsible for the high availability, high performance, and scalability construction of the core risk control link.
5. Lead the Java core system and the resolution of key issues related to technologies such as Kafka, MySQL, ES, and HBase.
6. Promote the construction of data isolation, permission isolation, configuration management, and release governance capabilities in multi-sites.
7. Guide the R&D team to solve complex technical problems and promote the implementation of the architecture plan.

What you'll need

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, software engineering, information technology, etc.; 10 years or more of Java backend development experience, with experience as an architect, technical leader or core system leader.
2. Strong first-line coding ability, able to independently undertake core module development, complex problem location, performance optimization and critical code review.
3. Proficient in Java fundamentals, concurrent programming, JVM, performance tuning and complex online problem troubleshooting; proficient in Spring technology stack, with experience in the design, development and governance of large-scale distributed systems.
4. Familiar with microservices, RPC, configuration center, registration center, cache, message queue, rate limiting and circuit breaking, and service governance; familiar with Kafka, MySQL, ES, HBase, Redis and other technical components, with experience in high-throughput message processing, storage design, retrieval optimization and performance tuning.
5. Have experience in architecture design and implementation of high-concurrency, high-availability and low-latency systems, able to solve issues such as data consistency, idempotence, retry, message reliability, fault rollback and capacity planning in distributed scenarios.
6. Have experience in multi-tenant, multi-site, SaaS platform, enterprise-level middle tier or complex business platform architectures; have experience in system refactoring, platform transformation, and legacy system evolution.
7. Familiar with architectural design concepts such as modularization, configuration, pluginization, event-driven, rule engine or process engine, able to reasonably divide common capabilities, configurable capabilities and site-specific capabilities.
8. Familiar with AI Coding tools, able to use them for development, testing, code review or problem troubleshooting, and able to conduct necessary quality, security and maintainability evaluations of AI-generated code.
9. Have strong technical solution design, problem decomposition, cross-team collaboration and project promotion capabilities, able to promote architecture solutions, engineering norms and key projects to be truly implemented.

1. Have experience in the R&D of Internet giants, leading fintech companies or large enterprise-level platforms.
2. Have experience in building To B/B-end business systems, multi-customer, multi-region or multi-site deployment and delivery.
3. Have experience in building risk control, anti-fraud, payment, transaction, credit, compliance or real-time decision-making platforms.

岗位职责：

1. 负责多站点风控平台的整体架构设计与技术演进。
2. 推动核心代码统一、配置化和模块化，减少站点独立代码分支。
3. 设计并落地站点个性化能力的扩展、配置和按需加载机制。
4. 负责风控核心链路的高可用、高性能和可扩展性建设。
5. 主导 Java 核心系统及 Kafka、MySQL、ES、HBase 等相关技术方案与关键问题攻坚。
6. 推进多站点下的数据隔离、权限隔离、配置管理及发布治理能力建设。
7. 指导研发团队解决复杂技术问题，推动架构方案落地。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息技术等相关专业；10 年及以上 Java 后端研发经验，有架构师、技术负责人或核心系统负责人经验。
2. 具备较强的一线编码能力，能够亲自承担核心模块开发、复杂问题定位、性能优化和关键代码评审。
3. 精通 Java 基础、并发编程、JVM、性能调优及复杂线上问题排查；精通 Spring 技术体系，具备大型分布式系统的设计、开发和治理经验。
4. 熟悉微服务、RPC、配置中心、注册中心、缓存、消息队列、限流熔断及服务治理；熟悉 Kafka、MySQL、ES、HBase、Redis 等技术组件，具备高吞吐消息处理、存储设计、检索优化、性能调优经验。
5. 具备高并发、高可用、低延迟系统的架构设计及落地经验，能够解决分布式场景下的数据一致性、幂等、重试、消息可靠性、故障降级和容量规划等问题。
6. 有多租户、多站点、SaaS 平台、企业级中台或复杂业务平台架构经验；具备系统重构、平台化改造、遗留系统演进经验。
7. 熟悉模块化、配置化、插件化、事件驱动、规则引擎或流程引擎等架构设计思想，能够合理划分通用能力、可配置能力和站点个性化能力。
8. 熟悉 AI Coding 工具，能够将其用于开发、测试、代码审查或问题排查，并能对 AI 生成代码进行必要的质量、安全性和可维护性评估。
9. 具备较强的技术方案设计、问题拆解、跨团队协作和项目推动能力，能够推动架构方案、工程规范和关键项目真正落地。
