DYM Medical Center is a Japanese company operating in the medical industry. We have branches in Japan, the USA, Thailand, and Hong Kong. In Vietnam, we started in 2019 and now have 3 general clinics.
DYM is providing Health check-up services for companies in Vietnam (health check-ups once a year for staff regulated by the Vietnamese Labor Code). Besides that, we provide some other medical services such as health check-ups when applying for work permits, and treatment for Vietnamese and foreigners, especially Japanese...
Prepare and keep updating The sale kits and Service List
Order facility every month/arise
Update capacity/booking on the system
Update the customer information file (CIF) on the system; hard copy storage
Prepare contracts, acceptance records, and payment requests based on the information provided by the Sales department.
Manage and store customer information and records.
Monitor payment deadlines from customers (B2B).
Prepare documents such as contracts, quotations, and acceptance records to be sent to customers.
Manage office supplies and all related items within the common office area.
Obtain price quotes from suppliers when requested.
Perform other tasks as required by the Manager.
