Job Description
- Sales data track by salesman and report relating to sales performance
- Prepare sales contract and follow pushing process so complete with lead time
- Manage and deliver the catalogues, materials, door gifts… to make sure ready for salesman to visit customers
- Follow company requirement to push sales for creating sold-to-code, ship-to-code
- Stock order and keep track with log/operation team
- Follow roll‑out time for each order/contract
- Collaborate with salesman to proceed the orders and release stock internally
- Collect and prepare document included delivery document bunk and payment documents by each specific project requirement
- Follow to remind and collect payment with dealers on time
- Track and push sales relate to sample return on time as company policy and agreement/approval
- Other assignment by head of function

Experience in sales administration and strong organisational skills; ability to track sales data, prepare contracts, and coordinate with sales teams.
