Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Client Advisory: Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, and company‑provided channels. Consult clients on suitable residential property products based on their needs and investment objectives. Conduct presentations, property viewings, site visits, and client meetings.
- Deal Closing: Convert qualified leads into successful transactions. Manage the negotiation and closing process professionally and effectively. Maintain strong follow‑up and long‑term client relationship management.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage an effective personal sales pipeline. Track leads, follow‑up activities, and conversion progress using company systems and tools. Build and maintain a professional personal brand; an active social media presence is an advantage.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–5+ years of sales experience (real estate preferred). Candidates from banking, insurance, automotive, luxury retail, or related industries are also encouraged. Fresh graduates with a strong sales mindset and passion for client engagement may be considered.
- Capabilities: Strong communication and persuasion skills. Target‑driven, proactive, and resilient. Strong client relationship management and follow‑up discipline. Ability to work effectively in a commission‑driven environment. Professional attitude with a strong customer service mindset. A strong personal brand and active presence on social media is an added advantage.
