1/ Main Tasks:
Support the customer‑facing organization (Key Account/ Field Sales/ TeleSales and Trade Lane Teams) by:
- Prepare promotional presentations, business reviews
- Prepare quotations and contracts (including rate proposals and proposal writing)
- Support the customer planning and implementation process
- Provide customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of Sales Leads
- Support the customer contact by preparing customer documents
- Prepare Sales reports e.g. Sales Index reports, including revenue development, churn rates, hit rates, pipeline size, etc. by customers
- Analyze Sales Index
2/ Requirements:
- COMPULSORY: Student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 6 months) who can work full‑time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, 1‑2 off‑sessions per week for the study is acceptable
- Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment
- Good administrative skills, results‑driven driven and detail‑oriented
- Can‑do attitude, hard‑working and enthusiastic
- Experience with MS Office e.g. Outlook, PowerPoint; experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools preferred
- Background with Business Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and/or Marketing
- Good at English skills (both speaking & writing)
