HGJ is a leading international logistics SAAS platform established in 2015. Powered by Al, big data and cloud computing, HGJ helps freight forwarders improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and localize service across China, Vietnam, Japan and USA.

We are expanding across Southeast Asia and are looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our client base in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business through outbound prospecting, developed and maintained strong relationships with clients through telephone communication, client visits, and regular follow-up activities.

• Develop tailored sales proposals and pricing quotations aligned with client requirements and operational feasibility.

• Draft, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts with clients, and maintain accurate contract records throughout the agreement lifecycle.

• Partner with the Team Leader to expand the company's freight forwarding business and support the achievement of assigned revenue targets.

• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and represent the company professionally to protect and strengthen its market reputation.

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field

• At least 2–3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry preferred; familiarity with the industry's operating models is an asset.

• Strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication, coordination, teamwork, market insight, and analytical skills, along with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

• Fluent English communication skills; Mandarin is a plus but not required.

• Base salary of VND 15,000,000 – 25,000,000 per month (based on experience), in addition to a highly commission structure
