- Responsible for managing warehouse storage location data in Excel.
- Ensure storage location information is accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.
- Use the SAP system to perform outbound transactions in support of packaging requirements.
- Ensure smooth warehouse and packaging operations.

- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of warehouse location records.
- Update storage location changes, material locations, and related records in Excel.
- Perform outbound transactions in SAP and ensure system records match the actual materials issued.
- Provide the correct materials on time according to packaging requirements.
- Assist in confirming the availability of packaging materials to avoid delays in operations.
- Maintain outbound, storage location, and inventory‑related records to ensure traceability.
- Support stock‑taking activities, verify discrepancies, and report issues promptly.
- Coordinate effectively with warehouse, packaging, and related departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Ensure outbound processes are accurate and aligned with packaging requirements.
- Prepare relevant materials based on packaging needs.
- Assist in checking and confirming the status of materials required for packaging.
- Coordinate with packaging schedules to ensure correct material supply.
- Support inventory counting and data verification.
- Handle or report abnormalities such as storage location issues, outbound discrepancies, and material variances.
- Maintain relevant operational records to ensure data integrity.
