NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH
- Lập kế hoạch và lịch sản xuất chi tiết dựa trên WIP, tồn kho thành phẩm/bán thành phẩm, năng lực sản xuất và nhu cầu khách hàng.
- Theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất so với kế hoạch, cập nhật và điều chỉnh lịch sản xuất hằng ngày để đảm bảo giao hàng đúng hạn.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận Sản xuất, Kỹ thuật, QA, Kế hoạch để review đơn hàng, xử lý các thay đổi và vấn đề ảnh hưởng đến kế hoạch.
- Tham gia cuộc họp hàng ngày, ghi nhận và cập nhật các chỉ số sản xuất như yield, cycle time, thời gian chạy máy.
- Chủ động báo cáo rủi ro, đề xuất phương án điều chỉnh kế hoạch và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp trên.
