What you'll do

• Build a data chain and analysis framework to quantify the impact and value of brand sponsorship, offline activities, and brand peripherals, support strategic decisions such as brand sponsorship, and follow up on the effectiveness of strategy execution;
• Evaluate the brand's volume and quality in various traffic channels, analyze the impact of positive and negative public opinion, and continuously iterate the evaluation rules; provide strategic suggestions for brand advertising, public relations, etc. through special project analysis of channels, regions, content types, etc., to help the business achieve the goal of increasing volume and reducing costs;
• Provide strategic analysis support for community operation, quantitatively evaluate the value of community operation, and provide strategic suggestions for improving the efficiency and value of community operation;
• Build a data foundation for brand‑related activities, explore internal and external available data sources based on business needs and analysis methodology, and cooperate with the technical team to build a complete and available data chain to improve decision‑making quality and analysis efficiency;
• Provide business decision support to business leaders and management teams; conduct in‑depth analysis of a problem or opportunity in the form of a special project, and promote and coordinate business departments to form a feasible solution;

What you’ll need

• More than 5 years of relevant business analysis work experience, familiar with common analysis methods in the business field; experience in brand advertising, brand activities, content operation, community operation and other related analysis is preferred.
• Excellent logical thinking ability, good at research and analysis, able to think and analyze problems systematically, and have good report presentation ability;
• Good at thinking systematically from a global perspective, with the ability to analyze and think about the business as a whole, and experience in closed‑loop support for individual businesses is preferred.
• Have good communication skills, learning ability, teamwork spirit, vision and influence;
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in statistics, business management, marketing science, etc. is preferred;
• Proficient in English and fluent in communication;
