Job Summary
Field Service/Install Engineer – Semiconductor Equipment
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fab
- Hands‑on experience in any one of the equipments in Dry Etch, Photolithography, Thin film, Diffusion, Wet Etch & Prober Modules.
- Strong experience in Plasma Etch systems (RIE, ICP, High Density Plasma)
- Good understanding of:
- System overview & sub systems
- Operation of the equipment
- Maintenance of the equipment
- Familiarity with:
- Pump & abatement systems
Key Responsibilities
- Tool start‑up activities such as tool positioning, sub‑system integrations & Power ON
- Hardware verifications & functionality checks.
- Perform tool functionality checks
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Analyse faults and reduce repeat failures
- Maintain documentation, maintenance logs, and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and cleanroom protocols
Skill Requirements
