SAP Ariba Consultant – Job Description
Position: SAP Ariba Consultant
Experience: 4-8 Years
Location: Flexible / Global Delivery Model
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to support procurement transformation initiatives through the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Ariba solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba modules and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Guided Buying.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Participate in workshops, fit‑gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support SAP Ariba integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and third‑party applications.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
- Execute SIT, UAT, and defect resolution activities.
- Support supplier onboarding, catalog management, and procurement workflows.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post‑go‑live support.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of SAP Ariba experience.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Ariba Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle Management.
- Understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) and Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) processes.
- Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA integration and Ariba Network.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Ariba Certification.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, or AMS support projects.
- Exposure to global procurement and supply chain processes.
