Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for ESD management in VN
- Lead and manage ESD related improvement
- New employee ESD training. 20%
- Coordinate and handing installation and maintenance with suppliers. 20%
- Coordinate and handing ESD exceptions on production line. 20%
- Complete production line monthly test of 1P and export testing data. 20%
- Coordinate and handing maintenance of air ionizers. 20%
Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Major in Engineering relate.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage data, competency matrices, and training effectiveness tracking.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Production, Engineering and other cross‑functional teams.
- Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp. xxxxx.
Working Conditions
- 1+ years of experience in Semi‑conductor Industry.
- Skilled in office software.
