DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Product Qualifications – System and Implementation
- Create and maintain all essential product documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOMs), process workflows, work instructions, and control plans.
- Analyze and resolve complex product‑related issues during prototyping, pilot runs, and ramp‑up phases.
- Facilitate the smooth transition of products from NPI to volume production, ensuring all processes are stable, capable, and documented.
2. HPU Reduction
- Analyze and implement strategies to reduce Hours Per Unit (HPU) in the module process.
- Continuously monitor and optimize testing procedures to enhance efficiency.
3. Module Tester Maintenance
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of testers to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to test equipment.
4. Yield Improvement
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and address factors affecting yield.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance module yield.
5. Develop Systems for Easy and Best in‑Class Manufacturing Strategy
- Champion the development and implementation of standardized engineering processes, tools, and templates to streamline NPI and reduce time‑to‑volume.
- Identify and lead projects focused on process automation, mistake‑proofing (poka‑yoke), and digital transformation to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
