Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Java and related technologies.
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance services.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and other technical teams to deliver project requirements.
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve Production issues, ensuring system stability and minimizing business impact.
- Analyze system logs, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes/preventive solutions.
- Optimize SQL queries and database performance using PostgreSQL.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement activities.
- Contribute to projects within the Insurance Domain and understand business requirements/processes.
Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm
- 4+ years of experience in Java Backend development.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs and backend development.
- Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL, including SQL queries, database design, and performance optimization.
- Experience in Production support / Production issue handling, including troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and incident resolution.
- Experience working in an Insurance Domain project is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Good English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with insurance‑related systems such as Policy, Claim, Premium, Customer, or Underwriting is a plus.
