Position: Senior Manager, Project Management
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project development lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through design, procurement, construction, completion, and handover.
- Formulate project design briefs aligned with the overall development strategy, business objectives, and stakeholder requirements.
- Manage consultants, project teams, and specialist advisors throughout the project lifecycle, including leading project planning and execution activities.
- Monitor project progress and performance to ensure delivery within approved timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate internal resources and manage relationships with cross‑functional teams, consultants, contractors, authorities, and external stakeholders.
- Review and challenge consultants' designs to ensure solutions are fit‑for‑purpose, cost‑effective, buildable, and compliant with applicable regulations and development requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, workflows, and project delivery approaches.
- Liaise with consultants and relevant authorities to secure necessary approvals and permits in a timely manner.
- Plan and coordinate design development activities, project schedules, and budgets, ensuring deliverables are progressing according to plan.
- Coordinate tendering and procurement activities with the Procurement Contract Management (PCM) team.
- Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, statutory requirements, and project objectives.
- Manage stakeholder engagement throughout the development process, including overseeing testing, commissioning, completion, and final handover of assets.
- Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, construction teams, authorities, and other technical specialists to resolve project challenges and drive successful delivery.
- Build, lead, and develop high‑performing multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 12‑15 years of relevant experience in the real estate, industrial, infrastructure, or construction development industry.
- Proven experience with reputable developers, project management and construction management (PMCM) firms, or international consulting organizations.
- Demonstrated track record in managing large‑scale development projects from inception to completion.

Education
